In 2014 Chloë completed a Master’s Degree from The Slade School of Fine Art, having received the Euan Uglow Memorial Scholarship. She completed her Bachelors in Fine Art Painting, 2012, from The University of Brighton with First Class Honors, during which time she spent a semester abroad at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem, Israel. She is currently studying for a Masters in Art Psychotherapy at Lasalle College of the Arts and is a recipient of the Lasalle Scholarship for MA Studies.

Chloë's work has been exhibited internationally with exhibitions in USA, UK, Italy, Israel and Singapore. She has collaborated extensively with artists, musicians, clothing and interior designers on various projects around the world. Working between painting, print, video and installation, her work sits between experience and imagination, and considers the limits of representation in relation to the wholeness of experience. Exploring the fragility of vision and ideas of remixing reality, she reflects on the relationship between individual and collective memory, her identity within space and her forged identity within new spaces.

Chloë is currently working on a new body of paintings for an upcoming exhibition at Eden Hall, The British High Commissioner's residence, in Singapore.  Recent projects and exhibitions include a 14m public chandelier sculpture (in collaboration with the local community)  hung in the atrium of Changi City Square Mall, Singapore; a 25m painted mural at Facebook HQ Singapore as part of FB AIR programme (SG 2018); an artist residency at The Vagabond Hotel (SG 2018); ‘The Deepest Blue’ with D/SINI at Block 7 Gillman Barracks (SG 2018); a solo show at NPE Art Residency and Gallery (SG, 2017) where she collaborated with canOwater SG on a series of bespoke hand-painted water cans for the opening reception; The Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair (London, UK 2017); a commissioned solo presentation at The Affordable Art Fair (SG, 2017); a commission by Università Cattolica UCSC Milan, for Expo Milano 2015 and the Vatican Pavilion at Expo (Milan, IT); and Multiplied 2015 at Christies (London, UK).   She recently ended her term as Artist in Residence at The Winstedt School (SG). Previous artist residencies include a year at South Hampstead High School, (London, UK), and 8 weeks at The Joshua Tree Highlands Artist Residency, (CA, USA).
